Brick Cleaning and Repointing in a Deep Red Lime Mortar.

Complete with a breathable silicone K-Rend TC Off-White Textured finish. Render finish treated with K-Rend Waterseal aftercare solution.

Preparation

Old mortar raked out, brickwork cleaned. Old render chipped away, key driven into the wall via patch-raking ensuring a physical 'grip' to the backing substrate.

Inhouse dual-layer backing coat system applied with fibreglass mesh insert.

Repointing & Rendering Phase

Repointed with a hybrid lime mortar including a natural earth-bourne iron-oxide specialist mortar dye. Double the standard ratio of binder inorder to inhibit the known weakening effects of earth bourn pigments on mortar.

K Rend TC finish applied and finished with a specialist K-Rend watersealing aftercare solution for extended lifespan and protection.
