Works carried out to primary-contractor specifications. Overseen by masonry specialist from The University of Manchester.

Preparation

Rake out to extra depth of 16/18mm+.

Brick replacement throughout the course of the works as progressively identified.

Repointing Phase

Repointed with a straight lime mortar using NHL3.5 as designated by oversight. Some minor issues with colour; client advised on pitsand colour variety. A deep red sand was eventually chosen for its familiar 'pink' trait.
